TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. INTRODUCTION
This document (together with any referenced documents) sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of this website and the purchase of services (including after-school clubs, private/group lessons, and holiday camps) and physical products available for sale (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms").
Please read these Terms carefully before using this website. By accessing or using this website, or by making a booking or purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, please refrain from using this website.
These Terms may be updated periodically. It is your responsibility to review them regularly, as the Terms in force at the time of your booking, purchase, or website use shall be the applicable ones.
1. Parent Responsibility for Pickup:Parents must ensure they pick up their children at the announced time or within a reasonable delay of 15 minutes. If the child is not picked up within 15 minutes of the designated time, a surcharge of £5 may apply. We kindly ask parents to respect this policy to avoid disruption to our services.
2. Medical or Behavioral Information:Parents agree to inform us of any disabilities or behavioral difficulties their child may have, allowing us to assess whether we have the necessary resources to appropriately accommodate and support their child. All treatments or special needs must be disclosed and provided to our team in advance.
2. REFUND POLICY
Services: After-School Clubs, Private/Group Lessons, Holiday Camps
1. Nature of Services
Our educational services are sold as prepaid packages or term-based enrolments, including:
After-school clubs
Private lessons (one-to-one or small groups)
Group lessons
Holiday camps
Bookings for these services are subject to availability and must be confirmed in advance.
2. No Refunds After the Start of a Course or Session
Once a service has started, the booking is considered fully utilised. Refunds will not be granted for:
Missed sessions due to absence, illness, or personal reasons.
Cancellations made after the course or session has started.
Any unused portion of a prepaid package or term.
3. Team Commitment and Resource Allocation
Our staff, trainers, and resources are scheduled based on confirmed bookings. Once a session or programme has commenced, refunds cannot be granted, as this impacts planning, staffing, and service quality.
4. Cancellation Before the Start of a Course or Service
If a client wishes to cancel their booking before the first session, a written cancellation request must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start date. A partial refund may be considered, minus any administrative fees.
5. Legal Compliance
This refund policy complies with applicable UK consumer law regarding service-based contracts. We reserve the right to amend this policy in accordance with legal updates.
6. Force Majeure
In cases of exceptional circumstances (force majeure, e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unavoidable disruptions), a refund or alternative rescheduling may be considered.
Physical Products
1. Returns & Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item in its original, unused condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt for a refund.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds will be processed once the item is received and inspected.
We do not accept returns of personalised items, digital downloads, or perishable goods.
2. Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. A replacement or refund will be offered based on the situation.
3. Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for incorrect or defective items. If you need a different item, please return the product for a refund and place a new order.
4. Right of Withdrawal
In compliance with UK consumer law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for physical products, starting from the date of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.

4. BOOKINGS & CONTRACT FORMATION
Services
To book a place in our after-school club, private lessons, or holiday camps, clients must complete the online booking process and confirm their acceptance of these Terms.
Once a booking is submitted, you will receive an email confirmation (the "Booking Confirmation"). However, this does not guarantee acceptance until full payment is received and processed.
The contract is only formed when we send a final service confirmation email.
Physical Products
To purchase a physical product, follow the checkout process on our website. After placing your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email.
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. The contract is formed only when we send a Shipment Confirmation email, confirming dispatch of your item(s).
If a pricing or stock error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
5. DELIVERY POLICY
Services
Upon confirmation, details regarding session times, locations, and access will be sent via email.
Physical Products
Orders are dispatched within 3-5 working days (unless stated otherwise).
Standard UK delivery takes 3-7 working days.
Express delivery is available for an additional charge.
If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery time due to unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you with an alternative option or offer a refund.
6. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
For Educational Services
Our team takes all reasonable precautions to provide a safe and supervised environment during after-school clubs, lessons, and camps.
Parents/guardians are responsible for prompt drop-off and collection at designated times.
We are not liable for injury, loss, or damage occurring due to circumstances beyond our control.
For Physical Products
We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers.
We accept no responsibility for lost or stolen parcels after confirmed delivery.
General Limitations
Unless otherwise stated, our liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the service or product.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:
Death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Any matter for which liability cannot be limited under UK law.
7. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Contracts and services offered through this website are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.
If you are booking or purchasing as a consumer, this clause does not affect your statutory rights.
